Missing/messed up settings

Help me with this, please. Everything else about my replacement is identical to the old phone. However, display+touch is still an integrated item on the new phone, while separate on the old. Because of this, "peek' mode of glance doesn't work on the new phone. The only difference I could locate was in extras+info. The one w/Application version 3.0.6.1 is my old phone:

Lol. Fixed it. Used sysapp pusher to update the display setting and also update the extras+info. Now it is just like the old one. Word.
