BT4 LE on 930 with Cyan ?

Did somebody got connection between 930/Cyan and bluetooth 4 LE devices like Pebble Watch or VTag ?

Update - I reverted phone to original soft and initialized without backup restore (so I am sure that previous settings from older phone or from developer preview) and it doesn't helped at all :-(

I planned develop couple of app for Cyan's with BT4 LE and this makes me really sad.

BLE was working fine on my 930 before i sent it back. Nokia tag worked well.

My 625 also works fine with BLE.

I did discover that the tag needed to be reset due to an issue with the dev preview and lack of ble.

Works fine with my Polar H7 Heartrate belt, so BLE works!
