Should we expect a major camera improvement with Denim update?

Wow. I just read three pages of people getting stuck on the word "mediocre" in a thread with a paragraph length version of what was really a 1 sentence question. Answer: Denim will improve the performance of the excellent camera on the flagship phones (1520 / Icon / 930) as it has made the good camera, competitive, on the 'mid range' 830. Good for everyone with every Lumia phone.

They promised camera improvement with Lumia Cyan too. But Cyan simply turned out to be more of a gimmic

After reading this review of Lumia 830 in Gsmarena my expectation with Lumia Denim has further increased. 830 has a smaller battery but has 68 hours of battery life, which is very good compared to 46 hours of battery life offered by Lumia 930. 930 having a bigger battery and much efficient processor should offer more than 70 hours of battery life with Denim update.

The music quality of Lumia 830 is better than 930. With Denim update 930 should offer the music quality as good as 830, 1520 and iPhone 5S.

The music quality of Lumia 830 is better than 930. With Denim update 930 should offer the music quality as good as 830, 1520 and iPhone 5S.

With battery life, just remember that the 830 has to power half of the pixels than the 930 does, do that'll impact the battery drain, but I do agree that it should mean the 930 will get some more hours added on with Denim on board.

If you compared Lumia 1320 with 1520, 1320 powers half of the pixels than 1520. But due to superior and efficient CPU, 1520 has 25% more battery life than 1320.
