So after replacing the microphone i had audio again on the left side when recording in landscape. but the sound was of lower volume. Must be the microphone i ordered because its a replica.
Then took an old 520 with eMMC problems and took the mic from that one and soldered it on the 930 and guess what, all is good now. All call functions function properly in normal and speaker mode. Video in portrait has audio again too.
Wish i did this sooner....

So there you have it guys, no need for a new mainboard just a new mic.

Thank you very much for your post! Is it hard to de-soldering and re-soldering the new mic? I could get some L520 mics for a few bucks...

No it's not that hard, just heat it up with a heat station like this w w w .dhgate.com/product/220v-atten-858a-at858a-hot-air-station-heat/140143938.html

The tricky part is putting a new one back without damaging the mic's film. if you heat it up too much it breaks so you need to protect the mic's hole so heat does not go in there.

i couldnt find Lumia 520 mic :|
can you show me where is it and replace it with which one in Lumia 930 ?

Is the 520's mic HAAC? Can you post some video samples taken with the repaired device? (ideally under high amplitude audio source like concert etc).
Tech service in my country refuses to repair my 930 (sent it 3 times already!) but I can get a defective 520 for parts for around 15 bucks and try it out.

I mean, I might try and get a cheap 520 and then ask some independent tech to replace the mic, I'm not going to do it by myself.
But that's why I am asking if the mic on the 520 is HAAC so it is the same quality as the 930 mic

Is there some kind of software test because I have problems recording audio on windows 10? I do not want to go back to 8.1 to test the microphones and I am not so techy and do not want to open the phone.

Windows 10 records in mono trough the earpiece mic (a.k.a. 2nd mic), so if you have trouble recording audio I'm pretty sure you have the issue.
To be sure you'll have to go back to 8.1 and record a video in landscape mode, check the audio levels trough headphones on the device or downloading the file to your pc. Of course you can check that too if you have old video files recorded in 8.1
