No update!

Hello,
I have a phone update, but nothing happens - it just sits on the screen (see attached).

Tried switching to WiFi - no difference. No error. It just sits there...

Help me!

Soft reset the phone and check again.

Another option is to remove the insiders app and download/setup everything again

I don't have the insider app.

soft reset - holding all buttons for 10 seconds and letting it restart - still hangs
holding middle button and getting 'slide down to power off' then turning back on...still hangs...

can I manually download it, put it on my phone, execute it?

other suggestions?

You could connect to the windows device recovery tool and download the latest OS version that is available for your phone.. And depending on where you land, go through the updates again?

Not ideal, but it's the best I can come up with..

btw downloading and executing it is not an option
