I changed the registry to make my ICON look like the 925 to the store to let me install the T-Mobile wifi calling app. But that did not work. I tried changing the carrier value, but that didn't work either. Anybody have any other ideas?

I think it needs a driver that is not delivered with the app

I keep getting an error every time I try and deploy the xap. This was found under 8.1. There was no deployment under 8.0. Could there be another version I need to use?? I'm using Visual Studio Ultimate 2013 Version 12.0.40629.00 Update 5

Non-programmer here, just a guy who wants to send pictures through mms. I followed the link to download "root_tool.xap" but ended up downloading "roottool.zip". I unzipped the file into a folder and tried to deploy. Problem is the deploy cannot find the file called "roottool.xap". There is no .xap file anywhere. What am I doing wrong? Helppp!

Has anyone been able to get this working on 10549? I have successfully performed the interop unlock and enabled the ShowMMSAPN key in the registry and properly configured the settings for my carrier, but MMS will not send... A few minutes after I press send, it pops up three times saying it could not be delivered.

Anyone?

I'm assuming this would work on a 928 as well? Curious as this is my first time noticing this, does mms not work on the preview builds or is this a carrier thing?
