I need a new phone, but the wait is killing me!!!

So last week my Surround's USB pin decided to break off and now it won't sync or charge. I've decided to wait till the next wave of phones comes out, in hopes that the current Focus or HD7s gets cheaper. For a week, I have been using my old, beaten up Motorola Q and was doing fine until today. Today, I turn on my Surround to get a phone number (still has half a charge left) and notification for an update pops up! Argh!!! What a tease!!! Then my wife's Focus gets updated. Now everyone and their momma's phone is getting updated. I'm getting an itch and might just pull the trigger on ebay or craigslist soon...

And just like that, I broke down. Just bought a Focus on Ebay. BAM!!! I hope I get it by the end of the week. Seller said he will be sending out first thing in the AM, expidited of course...
