Saturday lunch. Spicy potato filling with peanuts, red garlic chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, spicy green chutney, green grapes, pomegranate seeds between two slices of buttered toast. Simply yummy!
Breakfast today - Phoenix airport. Scrambled eggs, country potatoes and toasted English muffin. Lots of pepper and Cholula/Tabasco sauces. A cup of cappuccino to drink. On the road, can't complain too much.
