Outlook is drowning in spam!

Since yesterday I'm getting waay too much spam/junk emails. Today only I got 16 emails. Check the last one (first on pic) its hilarious. Then there's a "Canadian" pharmacy trying to sell me viagra Anyway, I did unsubscribe (of course never subscribed) from them, but why was I suddenly receiving them?
