Hello, I am part of a society that has many members throughout the uk who each need to submit an application at the end of each month.

There are a dozen or so "branches" throughout the uk each with someone in charge, the LO, and dozens of members.

Would it be possible with one drive to have each branch member be able to submit this excel form so that their relevant LO can see them? and then for the LO to be able to send parts of that data to another sheet that a central figure head can view?

Only the LO of the branch should be able to view there members submission, and only this one main person should be able to see all of the submissions and the collated information sent by the LO?

Is this possible? if so what would be required, accounts etc.

YES
1.every member needs to sign up for a OneDrive account
2. Members create or upload their Excel doc to their account
3. Members use the sharing button to obtain the viewing or editing link which they then email to their LO (with the option of a link expiry date)
4. LO extracts the relevant data from all members into a new Excel. They obtain the sharing link and email onto CEO
Ps there may be some Excel operations that automate the extraction process (using macros perhaps). That might be a question for https://www.excelforum.com/
