Who Is Planning To Get Panasonic Toughpad FZ-F1?

Panasonic is calling this phone "The all in one tool you've been waiting for", but I don't think they're aiming at general users. This phone just dares you to use it in a war-zone/mountain climbing expedition/spelunking or if you want to play it safer (not that I'm calling you a baby) construction sites.

The phone comes in at $1.599 so it ain't cheap. In any case, will you be getting one? do you have one?

At $1,599 but not immune to simply being misplaced or flat out lost...I believe that I will avoid it like the plague. Interesting to see that they're being released with Windows 8(.1) and not 10.

Ah, gotcha. All I know is I saw that price tag and am acutely aware of my penchant for losing small and expensive items (I sold a car not long ago that I lost an extravagant time piece in, never to be found).
