They would likely be different, but I'm not so sure about higher since other phone models have multiple configurations also that rank separately. For example, iPhone white 32GB and iPhone white 16GB are ranked separately. I think it is safe to say that we'll know it when we get a hit device. That hasn't happened for WP quite yet, but things are certainly improving.
