can't sync any music using windows phone ap for deskop

w7pc via included micro usb cable. files transfer nicely - shows up in phone w/ cover art, but nothing plays. shows error code 8007045d.

tried mp3s from cd I ripped into pc, iTunes purchased, amazon purchased, nothing plays. tried copy & paste, right click send to, and sync method. all seem to transfer file but still no go.

mp3s play fine on pc, and on sandisk mp3 player

Are you transfering to the phone itself or to a MicroSD card?

Microsoft suggested that I restart my phone and that did the trick :amaze: I'll update if I find any other issues.

The first songs I transferred went into the internal memory. I later added a 64gb, and set so all media to go onto the 64gb from this point on. I just added some more songs and they all work now.

Yeah that fixes the problem. But what causes it Microsoft?
