Ativ S with GDR3 doesn't recognize SD-card

flashed my Ativ S yesterday to GDR2 , my SD card wasn't recognized afterwards.
(worked flawlessly with GDR1) then updated to GDR3 (still doesn't detect the sd card)

tried hard reset and even formatting the card using my pc (the long "way" not quick format)

but still my phone doesn't detect the sd card and not other sd cards i have.

any advice would be appreciated.

No intention to scare you pal, but the Samsung phones have a history of throwing errors with updates.
GDR 2 messed up its bluetooth.
You could visit a Samsung Gallery for warranty claim, but then I read this at some threads,

I guess, you have to wait till the GDR 3 is officially out (I hope you are not out of your warranty till then), or try to roll back (if possible)

not out of warranty yet, problem came up after flashing to GDR2, GDR3 didn't fix the problem.

His phone has to recognize the card before he can format it :/

With another phone, that can see the card of course.

card is fine, did another hard reset and wiped my data clean. now it can see my card. problem solved.

CRAP!!!!! I just did a hard reset and installed 249 apps and now mine want recognize the card. Was the card in there when you reset it?
