Re-gain signal notification

I have windows phone 8.1.2 version 8.10.15137.148
Every time when I regain the gsm signal I get a notification. Is annoying when I use the subway and almost every station come with a notification .
Anybody know how to disable?

I have same problem now. Before when I was on 8.1.2 it didn't showed that notification, now it shows. It is so annoying and a big problem for me. I found some instructions to change date and uninstall "advanced text messaging" but it din't help. I like 8.1.2, phone is a lot faster, but can't stand this.
