I just returned my samsung Captivate because I was mad that i paid for a device that advertised it had GPS when the phones GPS was basically useless.


Does anyone know if Samsung Fixed this issue and steped up their game with the GPS on the focus? or are people having problems?

While I can't coment first hand I've heard the gps has been fixed. Or I should say it works

No! Samsung still has problem with GPS. I sold my captivate last week and bought Focus.
Focus's GPS locking is very fast and accurate

The Focus GPS seems to work very well, works better than my HD7 FWIW.
