I've noticed that the touch screen doesn't work when the phone is lying flat.
Is it supposed to do that or is it just me?

Thank you and happy new year to everyone!

Its definitely a issue effecting certain phones. Some people have issues on flat hard and soft surfaces. Its strange how the phones differentiates this from it being in your hand.
