not right now, the only way to sideload apps and access the registry is to pay for an official developer account. it's pretty lame in my opinion. i would like to at least have registry access so that i can make custom color themes.

In - Settings > applications > messaging - there is a setting "SMS delivery confirmation". It is on by default on the CMDA Arrive. I have not seen this setting on a pre-nodo LG Quantum. Do any of you guys know what this does?
