Title says it all .. I had the local MS store downgrade mine this week. I'm actually really preferring it over Windows 10 - maybe i'll come back to 10 at some point in the future. Anyone else found this to be the case for touch-screen devices ?

so i have a surface pro 3 and i was an insider on my desktop - did the whole windows 10 update on my SP3 and i turned on insider fast ring about two weeks ago - i've not received the option to update to anything is there a known issue why this is not working thanks
