Agree with Squatting Hen...who endorses the product is meaningless to me. Interesting that she can get one as well as all of the kids but the ordinary Joe or Jill can't even get word on a release date of the equipment.

I was in our local AT&T corporate store on Tuesday, 23 Oct, and asked the manager about the 920. He told me they were to get their training on Nov 14th. That seems a little late compared to what others say here. But, I agree, let me train myself...just give me the phone.

Winning Guy - very well stated IMO. Whether Nokia could provide all the specifics or not they certainly planted a seed. I really don't think they had much choice. They could whet the appetite now or they could wait until late October. At least they could have some people thinking about an option...

Oct 29th is the date an AT&T CS gave me yesterday for release of WP also.

Same here. After data connectivity issues, inability to see screen in sunlight, poor camera, and snail pace data connectivity when it works, I returned mine already.

I have had great success in writing them a note and signing it. Worked for my new Ipad a few weeks ago and has worked previously too. Some of that could be if you have the same FedEx guy in your neighborhood frequently. My is to arrive by 3:00P today.:P

my status now says it shipped on April 4th. No tracking number yet but some progress. I'm now thinking I will actually get it tomorrow.
