    2500mAh battery for Lumia 820!

I bought one of these and did not really expect it to have a higher capacity but I figured the battery life on my 820 is so bad maybe my OEM one was no good anymore so for the price it was worth it. After using it for over a week and many full charge/recharge cycles I can say it's no better and...

MoliPlayer Pro, all-format local media player debuts on Windows Phone Store

I've been using this since it came out. Trial then purchase and also in the preview program. The gesture volume control has not worked for a long time (since maybe the second update) and the battery consumption is horribe. They should fix the volume control or stop adverting that part.

How Do You Add a Phone Number Extension

You can put an extension in as part of the phone number in the contact. Add a few commas between the main number and the extension. The comma pauses the transmission of the tones for the autoattendant to begin then the extension will be transmitted. You can also add # if necessary and pin...

    About moliplayer

That's a beta preview. In order to participate you must have purchased the app and then you can contact the developer for access to the beta program. It's meant for paid users to assist in finding bugs and testing new features.

No they worked with the previous version with just music file playback.

MoliPlayer Pro, all-format local media player debuts on Windows Phone Store

This update is great. However the gesture controls for volume and brightness do not appear to be working. I noticed this when I downloaded the preview but didn't have time to post. Background play is definitely the best feature for this update. Keep up the good work.

MoliPlayer Pro, all-format local media player debuts on Windows Phone Store

This is false. I had been on the Beta and then the trial. The one feature I have been waiting for was the playback in the background and under the lockscreen. Base on this post by the developer I just purchased this app and tested the background playback. and it does not work. As soon as I lock...

MoliPlayer Pro, all-format local media player debuts on Windows Phone Store

First let me say I don't watch videos much at all and I realize this app is mainly for video playback. I have been searching for over a year for a good MP3 player with controls that are easy to use while driving and that is how I've been using and testing this. With this update and the addition...

MoliPlayer Pro, all-format local media player debuts on Windows Phone Store

I disagree. Forget Metro. The buttons are excellent the way they are. The ones in the stock player and many others are too small and now with the addition of gesture controlled FF/RW it's great.

New all-format video & music player, anyone?

Great. I'll PM you with my I.D. I definitely want to check this out.

New all-format video & music player, anyone?

It looks like this has a landscape mode. Is that correct? Also can it FF/RW or skip ahead from within the player itself or do I need to use the stock player controls to do that?

    Bluetooth Pairing With Windows Phone

I have an l820 with GDR3 and an acer w3-810 tablet with 8.1 and it's working for me. Semi useful since when you disconnect it does not turn the internet sharing connection off. You still need to do that manually.

MSFT is screwing (up) carriers and I LIKE THAT!

Phone radio is no different than WiFi or the regular ethernet NIC in your PC/Tablet or whatever. It's not magic, It's a chip that's already certified to work. I doubt the Cellular chip drivers are altered much if at all in any of these updates. Microsoft has done a damn good job with their...

MSFT is screwing (up) carriers and I LIKE THAT!

That's a BS reason. I constantly read on these boards about how smartphones are mini computers. Well OK then, so ATT blocking an update for as long as they did is no different than your ISP blocking windows updates or any other software update for your PC until they "tested" it. I doubt anyone...

    Did AT&T forget about us?

WOW I waited all this time for my battery drain to be 3x worse and lower ringtone/notification volume. Well worth it (not)

Do you have AT&T - are you keeping your 820?

Been thinking the same thing myself. While the 820 is OK and Amber for me isn't really going to add anything I need I'd still like to get updates in some sort of timely manner. ATT has pushed out updates for IOS and all sort of droids the last couple weeks and still here we sit with not even...

[Beta] Music to Library (wirelessly from PC) or download from Internet

After using this for awhile here's my initial feedback. It does work well most of the time. I did have some issues with the app crashing on the phone and I also had some lockups on my server (WIN2k8 R2) using the java server for this app. I also had a hard drive failure (the one the java server...

    MS Office In WP8

It is handy but I have found that I cannot edit many excel spreadsheets on my phone. The WP8 app is very limited on what it can do depending on the version and layout of the document you are trying to edit. Still very useful though and one of the main reasons I switched to WP8 last year.
