I ended up selling mine as is for like 90 bucks, tears and all. F it. I'm done with it. In search of something else. It's too bad because the Band 2 really improved my exercises and workouts and actually motivated me to stay on track.

That's exactly what mine looks like. I've given up and am cutting my losses by selling it in it's current condition on eBay. I'm done with Microsoft. They really blew it on this, the Surface Book and the Pro 3/4.

I still don't believe they want to charge $200 to send me a new one when it is clearly a design flaw. I ended up not getting the Complete Care. I guess I will from now on.

What brands make the most reliable wallet style case for the 1520? I've been looking on Amazon, but it is hard to tell quality from a picture on a website. I'm looking for something similar in function and style to the BookBook cases for iPhone. Thanks!

I think I've figured out how the glitch happens. When I squeeze the bottom of the phone, the back button activates and then the touch screen dies.
