After the 8.1 update mine gives me the same warning, I also get the warning with the touch cover. I have noticed some problems with both touch and type covers when typing in the search box and when trying to log in to my email, hopefully they will correct it ASAP

Not sure I believe this but I stopped by my local AT&T store and spoke with the manager, he informed me that he was told the the all of the windows phones will not be released on AT&T until the end of Oct. or the first part of Nov. Can't believe they would wait that long to release anything.

Just checked mine and it says the same, by the End of the Day on Friday. My touch cover and HDMI adaptor is still showing up as processing though. Also I have not been charged for anything yet. Would'nt that be nice! Everything will hopefully be updated by tomorrow.
