    Avoid multiple tabs on IE?

After you press the back button, doesn't that keep the new tab opened? Couldn't you open a tab, press back, continue reading, then switch to the new tab as you wish? Yes, this is just a workaround and Microsoft should add an option, but wouldn't this work?

What does swiping the notification do?

So if a notification is cleared in action center it will still stay in the live tile, correct?

What does swiping the notification do?

Okay, so in Android, if you swipe a notification away, it will come back in some time to remind you, meaning it doesn't mark it as read. I was wondering how WP8.1 handles this. If you swipe a notification, is it marked as read and the live tiles get cleared or is it like Android? I hope this...

Any app that uses MyFitnessPal's database?

If it were that infrequent then it would be okay, but some people are saying that they have to reinstall multiple times a day..

Things I found different in WP8.1 (Compared to 8.0 Lumia 920)

No, hold a link, then open new tab, then press back so that you go back to the first page while the link is still loading. P.S. I don't actually have a Windows Phone so I could be wrong, in which case, I am sorry, and hope someone corrects me..

Any app that uses MyFitnessPal's database?

Hey guys, so I was going to switch to WP and as I was going through the windows phone store, I realized that MyFitnessPal is broken on WP, so I was wondering if there is any other app that also uses MyfitnessPal's database?

A must watch for every diehard Windows Phone fan!

At around the 4th minute, the guy mentions how the push notifications system has been improved significantly especially for those who live outside of US, I hope that means that notifications come through more reliably than on WP8.

Things I found different in WP8.1 (Compared to 8.0 Lumia 920)

Unfortunately no But you can press back after opening a new tab (so the new tab continues loading in the background) so it's not that bad

Do multiple tabs in IE refresh when you switch?

My point was, if I open 5 tabs, keep them open for 6 hours (basically for a long time), and then come back, will all of them be open or will they have to refresh and load again? I open around 5 news tabs every day and then reopen those tabs a couple of hours later without Internet connection...

Do multiple tabs in IE refresh when you switch?

Hey guys Since Lumia 930 and Lumia Icon are very similar, I was wondering if you keep 5 tabs open in IE and keep switching between them, do they refresh? I often keep multiple tabs open and read them without Internet connection, so I was wondering how that would work. I know WP8.1 may...

    xbox music going backwards again??

There's no way that Microsoft will charge to listen to music that's stored locally, that would be insane, perhaps they put the ability to press back when asked to sign in on purpose? I don't think they will get rid of that when the update comes out.

What's still missing in wp 8.1?

I think the only thing that WP is still lacking in is the app store, all the big new "trendy" apps like Quiz Up, Tinder, Smash Hit and other apps all come to iOS and Android only, and then maybe Windows Phone, I guess this is directly linked to marketshare.. I hope WP8.1 fixed those random...

    Windows Phone 8.1

It was reported by WPCentral, that's the source GSMArena is using. Microsoft themselves said "first part of April". So yeah, most likely 10 April.
