Well, I cracked my L920 screen. Time for a new phone :-)

Man, there are so many bitter people on the net. I just thought to share what I stumbled across as I thought the metro style mobile site looked so cool. Didn't expect bitter comments.

My L920 still runs like a champ. I have DP8.1 on it. Been thinking of upgrading it though. Looked at L1520, love the screen but it's just a bit big for me. I don't have large hands. I like the Icon but too bad it's only on Verizon. If L930 comes to AT&T then I may upgrade.

When in the "People Hub" app, click on the "..." >> Settings >> filter contact list. Then uncheck Facebook.

My 920 battery drained fast on the first day as well. It seems to have gotten better today though.

Yes, my L920 battery life has improved quite nicely as well. I had 74% remaining after 11 hours of moderate use. Normally it would have gone down to 40-50%. I took a screenshot of it: https://skydrive.live.com/pagenotfounderror I also like the glance feature very much. Hope the GDR3 and Bitter...

If you have a Lumia, Nokia has a Panorama app you can download. You can also download Photosynth app from Microsoft for 3D panorama.

After reading this thread and seeing the developer's involvement in the community, I have made the purchase for this app. I am a P&S guy, not a pro, but hey this app may just come in handy some day 😊

FYI, I just got the extras+info update a few minutes ago.

Bought mine on launch day (11/9) at AT&T store in Newington, CT. Got the matching red charging plate 4 weeks later.

I just installed the update as well. Seems to have fixed the auto brightness issue on my Lumia 920 or so it seems...
