I don't have a mobile speed app installed because I've never had any issues with the speed. everything has always been fast enough. The sad thing is, I'd just switch to playing only the songs on my phone, and stop streaming but half my downloaded songs, all owned by me, shut the player down...

The issue is worse when using the LTE. That's the big shocker. ​

An update, of sorts. It's 10:15 and I'm already at 1,446 steps which is way overstated but I know what the cause is. I take a cab to work in the morning and that is when the step count increases.

well, your post reminded me that I had the gps on and the steps haven't changed much (I did walk around the office a bit) so, perhaps, the issue is resolved. I won't know for sure until I start over tomorrow but thanks for the tip.

I'm in the same boat. The only means of obtaining more coins for me is to play for 24 hours and, given that I've attained three stars on all levels, found all the hidden objects and completed each level's goals, I'm finding grinding to get the 24 hours to be boring.
