I received some updates last night for a bunch of settings - various extras+info, nokia settings, etc. Today the call issue does not seem as terrible, but it's still inconsistent and I'm wary to take calls.

I'm having this issue too, and it's driving me NUTS. I thought it was due to a recent update to extras+info from last week, but judging from the enormous amount of dust under my phone, I can't tell if it's hardware or software based. either way, i'm not convinced replacing my device will fix...

I'm actually having this issue as well - unfortunately restarting the phone hasn't worked for me; I imagine it's a software bug based on this issue existing on WP7 as well. I'm going to reach out to both Nokia and Microsoft for information; if I get any useful responses, I'll post back here.

My wife just commented that her phone (iPhone 4s) was occasionally receiving my messages twice since I've switched to the Lumia 920, however I also think that this is carrier-related and SMS. I have a friend on Sprint using an Android phone and I frequently receive double message from her.

I preordered my phone online via AT&T. I received the charging plate first (Monday 11/12), and then the phone the next day. I received one shipping notification with 2 tracking numbers. A co-worker of mine purchased his Lumia in a store and still has yet to receive the plate. Good luck!

I think the text in the calendar is lorem ipsum, which is basically Latin placeholder text. A lot of graphics companies use this to auto-fill text fields to see how a certain application or page would look when text is in place. I don't think this a bug, but rather a quirky design choice.

pretty new to WP8, so my apps are limited. theme is cyan; work e-mail is separated from personal inboxes. device is a white lumia 920, and i've always liked the look of white+black+cyan. goal is to have 'people images' be from cartoons/comics/video games only. basically, anything illustrated.

Hold down the "back" button. To quit open apps, select the app furthest to the right (essentially opening it) and then press the "back" button over and over again until you return to the Start screen.

The 3 capacitive buttons on my white Lumia 920 do not light up any more. They did for about the first hour of use, and would occasionally blip on for the lock screen, but now they do not. A reset did not resolve the issue, which makes me think this is a hardware problem. Is anyone else...
