No problems with my unbranded 8X either and never had since november.

Tough enough, mine fell several times in the last months and no scratch on it, no worn off coating either. And sexy, I think the 8X is far more sexy than the Lumia 920.

Nokia is in the picture, because Nokia has a lot more to lose than HTC. They were for years the biggest phone company but they lost a lot of ground the last 4 years.

Revision 0002, blue, no problems at all

I have a blue one for almost 6 weeks now, still looks new, no dirty corners. Also no reboot problems or other problems.

Firmware and OS update are on my phone since yesterday, the Netherlands

Lat time and only time it went empty was last week after twelve hours. I used it quite lot then with nothing disabled.

It's mostly about specific apps from specific companies, that are not yet here. I say not yet, because I hope those companies will be convinced that they should also release their apps for Windows Phone.

I would always take unsealed boxes back, I hate it when new bought stuff has been unpacked or opened. My HTC was in a sealed box.

Well, that depends. There are countries where the Nokia's are not released yet. There the HTC is outselling Nokia. I guess Nokia has trouble translating their apps, because it's just stupid that they release their phones over a month later than HTC. At least for me it was a reason to buy a HTC...

Strange enough my HTC 8X also works perfect. It has not rebooted since I bought it, there's no lag or battery problems. It's just beautiful.
