Open the preview for developers app, untick the checkbox and then check for updates again. The update includes updated firmware for the 930 as well as the official 8.1.1 update.

I've only just stated installing the update so I haven't been able to see for myself, but for those of you who have updated, have you noticed any change in the purple tinting?

With regards to Drift Mania 2, if it lags on the same parts it did on your 920 it suggests to me its an issue with the game, not your device.

Try selecting the "single photo" option, choose the photo you want, then unpin the app from your start screen and re-pin it.

It should be listed as an option in the photos app; does your phone not give you this option in the settings? If not then I am not sure why; I don't see why any carrier would restrict this in their firmware.
