Yes! Most times when i place a call, my screen turns off even if my head is not to it and i have to hit the power button twice in order to get the screen back.

What I've found out is when the phone boots up, the "Nokia" logo is on a jet black background, but when you turn the phone off, the "Goodbye" screen is the tinted black. Try i! That shows me that it's firmware because the Nokia is there from Hardware.
