Love this phone except find the ring alert a little low. Not disastrously low, but not quite enough in a noisy environment. Is there anything that can be done about this at all?

Hi My 620 seems to be defaulting to volume 18 after a restart. I'd rather it stay at 30. Also when I make a call and it's engaged, it changes from internal to external speaker after about 2-3 seconds of engaged tone, without any prompting from me. Did a phone reset around a week ago...
