Installed win 10 on my 1520.3 and internet sharing doesn't work. It worked fine on 8.1. Anyone else successful in getting it to work on win 10?

I've looked everywhere in settings, on my 1520 theres a touch settings page to disable, but can't find it anywhere on the m8. I'm not talking about notification vibrations btw. I'm talking about when touching on screen buttons(nav bar)
