First of all, Soft Reset, after that, go to People Hub, in What's New, you should have an icon to get the new app. Try that.

I had this same problem, however entering the glance menu after a restart, prompted a message for another restart, now glance works properly.

Just check if all your apps were installes properly. After that, go to store, and under downloads, cancel all of them. Sometimes after a restore, the apps installers kinda " duplicates themselves".

This is an example, 620 Amber Update. I can really see a difference with the camera on Amber. So Great! :)
