I did a soft reset and tried again with the same message that there are no available updates. :cry: I agree with you that I would expect GDR3 to be available if for some reason 8.1 wasn't. Here is the current OS Version of the phone: 8.0.10328.78

I am running an Ativ S Neo on Sprint with GDR2. I installed and enabled Preview for Developers and then checked for updates. It tells me "Your phone is up to date". Am I missing something?

It's still not available to me.

I bought an Ativ Neo on eBay and found that it is a not for resale version. I don't know if there is anything interesting that anyone would want to see on this phone, but here are some screenshots of the bootup sequence and the OS version. I don't know if all Ativ Neos have this program, but...

The price dropped to $49 on Sprint.com if you start a new line.

Is there a way on Sprint's website to buy the phone off-contract? If there is I can't figure it out.
