Damn I tried everything but I keep getting "recovery failed: unable to get error message" Can anyone help me out :-( ?

I need to downgrade my nokia 620. I tried the 2013 version of Nokia Care Suite and I tried the 2012 version, I tried 5 different ROMS but everytime I get the error "recovery failed: unable to get error message" Can anyone suggest how to fix this? Maybe I should try another flash program...

How to backup stuff without a working touch screen? In order to view/backup files on the PC you need to enter your PIN when you connect it to the USB, but I cannot enter the PIN without the touch screen....

Damn, same problem here.... New digitizer (cheap one, total repair cost me 9 euro) everything working fine -> updated it 30 mins ago and the touchscreen died.... How do we downgrade?
