OK, installed Windows 10 Mobile. All seems to work great so far. I find it smoother on the Lancet than 8.1... I like what they did with the transparency of the tiles... time to explore and put it through it's paces.

If you have a screen protector, take it off. I had this problem. I realized that the protector was intermittently freaking out the proximity sensor. Once it was removed, never had the problem again. If you like a protector on your phone, trim it away from the sensor before installation.

Unfortunately, yes it still happens. I'm updated fully with 8.1 Preview and I get rid of it by hitting the back button until the Start screen is a small window, then select it again. It will recover after that. It has been said that the Cyan firmware should fix this. I truly hope so.
