After update to cyan . My unlocked att 1520 can't display active network name correctly ( instead my current local carrier name as usual it just display numbers ) . The carrier's default internet and mms apn is gone and i have to manually config those . In about section it show IMS not...

After I upgraded my unlock att 1520 to cyan I can't use access point anymore, it said the app only working with earlier version of OS . Btw , my access point name is not display correctly . Instead show the carrier name it just show numbers . How do I fix it ???

Yes . I think you right .... I just confuse why my friend don't have the issue like me . His device currently on WP8.0 and mine is 8.1 . I don't think that is firmware's fault :) btw . Gaming experience on 8.1 dp very awful
