    I did get Cyan update! I was using 8.1. DP, and now i have Lumia Cyan with OS: wp 8.1 DP (8.10.12397.895)

    II can confirm that in Croatia released Cyan upgrade, at least for us that we used 8.1 DP version of Windows but remained version of 8.1 is the same as DP ( RM-941_eu_croatia _1165)
