Same error 8018830f for me on Lumia 925 WP 8.1 + Cyan, build SO: 8.10.12397.895, Italy. I have 6.85 GB available and I'm cleaning additional GB with STORAGE CLEANER app then I will try again!

@ScottGeek: Did you notice any difference, except for Bitlocker problems? What I want to know is whether it is worth to downgrade and get the not dp version of the os?
