Previously I upgrade my Lumia 1320 to 10586.XX (forgot the build number), and the phone freeze every day...so I like to whether the issue is fixed or not, especially the older Lumia?

I don't think you can upgrade Lumia 530 to win 10, since the upgrade need at least 8GB of storage

I face this before, try search for Nokia recovery tool for retail...this tool is different to the Lumia recovery tool

I suspect that the system itself is using a lot CPU power, causing the high CPU & battery usage. And mostly happen after closing app.

Too bad on my Lumia 1320, it hangs at least one a day,and I have to force restart...especially you try to open the app that use a lot CPU power, and high possibility it will hang, I think this problem only happens on dual core phone

This is one of the known bug in 10581, the storage is currently broken

If you upgrade it from windows 8.1, for sure it will very slow, the installation need to migrate the 8.1 setting & file to 10. And after installation, your system drive might became fragmented..all you you need to do is try defragment the HDD by using software like auslogic defrag. I also...
