Had the same 8018830f error, but it went through this morning!! New version now is 8.0.10517.150 Germany, CSC DBT. Not sure if MS/Samsung provided new updates, all I did last night was using the "Storage cleaner" app. It "cleaned" up from 10,02 to 10,03 GB free space, but.... who knows...
