Did you setup using your Microsoft account? If so then you just need to change your password online and wait for your connected pc to update the password else you might be starting from scratch.

Check for updates to get latest production build and drivers. If that doesn't work try uninstalling WiFi drivers from device manager, restart and let windows update reinstall them before restarting again.

That is the applications fault not the os, so maybe submit feedback to the devs and wait for an update..

For you I'd say to be safe, buy a MacBook pro and slap windows 10 on it. In case you're not satisfied you can always go back to apple and if not you get to enjoy the new windows era of store apps which in my opinion is great times ahead.

Check for OneNote update. Go to your account and sign out from within OneNote then sign back in. Hope that fixes it for you.

All you need to do is go to settings>update&security>phone update then check for updates.
