Seeing the same thing on both 950 and 950 XL

Not alone, my ATT 950 does the same thing, I know this is an old thread, but if you ever found a fix i'd like to know.

That would be correct, I need to be able to use numbersync, I have done everything I can with ATT, and they are no help whatsoever.

Does anyone even know if it is possible? Any help would be cool..

It was horrible after the install, but I charged it overnight and will see today how it goes.

Re: BUILD 10149 : BUGS Thread Hard reset after upgrade on my Nokia 1520 broke it. Was working fine before the reset, but I got the frown, and had to revert back to 8.1. Going to finish that up and try again.

ATT 1520 here, I'm seeing the same thing. I had Setting->Extras right after the initial update to 10136 but did a hard reset to eliminate a few other issues (Double Phones wifi not working) and when it came back it was gone.

Does anyone know for sure if this is correct?

I'm not looking for the Extras+Info that displays the the Lumia info, but the All Settings \ Extras that has Hey Cortana, Touch and number of other settings under it.

Could you check and see if you have an EXTRAS in your setting menu? I have a 1520 on ATT and I don't have Extras as an option.

I believe that is so the lock screen team can see which lock screen you are using. (I have seen this answered other places but can remember the verbatim answer)
