I have to agree. Picked up an L950 on eBay (had the Icon, and lately the 928 just to play with). Phone is really nice, WM10 works pretty well (better than previous experiences). Gives me hope for the future.

Installed 10512 last week on my HTC One M8 (Windows). Had the same upgrade experiencing having to go to 10166 then 10512. Did a hard reset after playing around with it for a while. Overall experience has been good, better than with 10166. Same nagging issues remain that I encountered before...

I had to re-run the Windows Insider app, select fast ring (didn't require a restart) and then it allowed me to start the download of 10512. Weird.

Re: BUILD 10166 : BUGS Thread For the heck of it, I powered the phone off and back on, and now I can rotate the screen and see the settings. Overall, I like 10166 but will be glad if they eliminate (hopefully) the little glitches.

I would say yes. I do like the changes that have been made to the OS, and further bug fixes will be good enough for me to stay with it. I know that there will be ongoing improvements over time, so anything else added will be great.
