That's because these websites are catering to Webkit which isn't a standard-based web engine. If the sites were strictly HTML5 compliant there would be no issue. But Google is perfectly content with the current situation which favors Chrome but is anti-consumer.
Dude, save yourself the grief and go back to Apple. Macbook + iPad is a great combination and will not let you down with reliability problems. They 'just work'.
Doh! The spec sheet doesn't mention backlit keys so that's what I thought. I don't know if this is a dealbreaker for me. At night my home office is in darkness except for the display and I do use the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard.

Considering Apple is mostly an iPhone business, they are content to nicely iterate the Mac line as is. No need for any 'disruptive' changes. Of course to a real pro, a lack of USB-A/Ethernet/SDXC ports would be quite DISRUPTIVE.

Isn't the bottom box so like a Mac Mini? The problem with the ATX form factor is you are quite limited in terms of CPU/GPU. If you actually compare it to any Gigabyte or Intel NUC solutions out there it's more powerful.
Since when is an excuse needed for being #1 in a market segment? Are we supposed to pretend that the market segments are only: smartphone, tablet, desktop? It's not 2010 anymore.
