If i reset my phone will it solve the problem or i have to use recovery tool if yes pls sens me the link to download the tool for pc having windows 7. And will it also solve the problem with opening the microsoft app on my phone and pls try to reply fast

Tejas thanks for reply and i have edited the question and try to give as much imformation that i can provide and yes i its heppening only with microsoft apps.and today i have noticed that many preinstalled apps like calander are also uninstalled automatically. And now i have downloadwd it back...

Recently i have want to add some downloaded microsoft apps like maps or onedrive and many app from the store. And when i try to open those apps i am not able to open them.nor any other microsoft corporation app. I have tried soft reset many times but it doesn't. Work . Give me any other solution...

i am using lumia 540 and sometimes screen remain black when i unlock my phone but the os is running as i can listen the lock and unlock sound tell me the reason and it heppen sometimes only . and the main thing is i am using my phone on windows 10 preview .
