Welcome to the site, Hann. I've moved your thread here as I don't see it is about Windows Central site, more of an overall browser issue with your mobile IE.
Is that right? You are speaking about mobile IE on your 520?
Have you tried a Factory Reset? Settings > about > reset your phone. It may help solidify that update. You will loose some data so help make it minor by taking a backup first (settings > backup). Then when your device resets you sign in with the same Microsoft Account and you can restore from backup.
