T-Mobile MMS APN Issue, what settings work?

Internet APN works just fine, but on Windows 10 Mobile when I try to set up my MMS apn (i'm on t-mobile) and put in these settings:

APN: fast.t-mobile.com
MMSC (URL): mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapen
(Got these right of the T-Mobile APN support page: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-2090#subhead1

It says applied but never activates, I have tried rebooting it and it doesn't fix it. Does anyone know what settings will work?

I've seen a few different max MMS message sizes: 600, 1024 & 1048576.

Anyone know what's right? I'm using 1024 and everything seems to be working just fine. (Blu Win HD LTE).

You will need to enter settings you have and then restart phone after restart all data and Mrs will work did this with my wife's phone and now works like a charm

When I say restart I mean reset phone like your starting new

Don't forget to backup
