    Hi, I have a pretty general question about AT&T and returning a phone.

    I've been pretty apprehensive to move to a Windows phone but I've kinda been in love with the 920 since it was announced.

    Now, more than ever, I feel like I'm really not sure I'm going to like WP but I figured I can always fall back on the return policy.

    Does anyone have any experience returning a phone to AT&T? Did they make it almost impossible or was it painless?

    Any input you guys have is appreciated.

    Painless I just got another model. Although I think the lowered the time frame from 30 days to 20 or 15.

    yea I think it was on October 6th that it changed from 30 to 14...bad timing.

    I hear ya, but I would think in 2 weeks you would know if you want to keep it or move to something else.

    There's also a restocking fee. I don't know how much it is.
