Susan Marie: I do apologize, but Effective June 9, 2013, AT&T changed our standard upgrade policy from a 20-month qualification to 24 months. Customers are eligible for AT&T's best pricing after 24 months when they sign a new two-year wireless agreement. This change affects new customers and existing customers whose current wireless agreements expire on or after March 1, 2014.

This sucks, They changed my upgrade from November 7th to April 7th. Not the 4 months that is stated.

I knew about this last month. I was hoping to get the 1020 in November, but no luck now. I'm also a Premier customer with a FAN discount, and that doesn't even help.

I'm on chat with them right now to see what they will do about it. Will post chat result.
They couldn't give me any answer except the OP's statement that it was to the benefit of ATT consumers to change the upgrade term to 24months. but they will have someone call me in the next 72 hours to better help me....we will see.
